Leaving a review to comment that I have always had a great experience with many reps from Dean Collotta's office. It is sad to see some of the personnel change, but is only expected. Working with Alexa Rivas now and she is very patient and informative. Very happy to continue working with Alexa moving forward!

Greetings! We are very pleased to report that our service from Ms. Odelia Escobedo from the 1920 E. Serene Avenue Geico office in Las Vegas, Nevada has been excellent! Odelia was professional in every aspect that a Customer Service Supervisor would expect: friendly, attentive, polite, respectful, good listener, prompt in return calls and great knowledge of various insurance options for both auto and home coverage changes that we inquired about and subsequently upgraded with her kind assistance. As I am a retired college professor that has taught Customer Service classes among other business and technology courses for many years, Odelia would easily score an A+!
