Balistreri-Ray & Associates LLC American Family Insurance

I cancelled car insurance and updated our address in the same email. While Im pleased there is a substantial refund due my family, AmFam sent the refund to the wrong address (i asked to confirm the address in another email and was assured it was routed correctly) and wont stop payment and reissue this check even though it was their error and we now have to wait 30 more days. What happens if someone else cashes this mis-mailed check?? The customer care is lacking and so now is my confidence in this organization.

If youre looking for an agent that cares about her clients then this is the agent. I had so many questions and everything was explained to me so I could understand. She took the time to do several different quote options for me and took the time to understand my needs. Its not often you get the customer service that make you feel like you are being heard these days and because of that I decided to move my auto, home and trailer policies over plus I saved money! So happy I found this amazing agent Megan and I look forward to being apart of AmFam!

Megan is absolutely amazing in every aspect. I have been with my previous insurance for years and just thought it was easier to stay I was referred to Megan and she changed my whole outlook on insurance. Megan was amazing! She was incredibly easy to talk to and she took care of everything fast and efficiently! She responds almost immediately and really was there to help! Would definitely recommend everyone to her!
