Distinctive Insurance | An Alera Group Agency

Not only one of the worst insurance companies I've come across but one of the worst businesses. I called from a referral from someone who's entire company does business here. I left a message then called the next day. No answer but got a call back to email for quicker response. I emailed that info with a basic question and the next day got a human response what's your name birthday etc. I sent and got the same robotic response from the market except was addressed to John. There was no human contact or care. This company is awfully unresponsive. How could I trust them with my health?

Our small company uses Distinctive and I needed some help getting my health insurance processed as well as some other minutia and Gabriela really has been great. Kudos to her for her follow-up, attention to detail and her patience.

Our company " New Vision Landscaping by Gabriel",  Has been in business for many years, and like  many business owners dealt with many insurance companies.  Several years ago we started doing business with broker Leonard Marler.  Although the company has always provided excellent service,  and continue to be competitive always shopping the best rates for our businesses insurance needs year after year to save us money where they can. Typically I would not have be inclined to "yelp"  an insurance company, however I feel it is necessary to do so, and specifically praise Ms. Itilya Lang, Italia started working with our broker a couple years ago.   As a business owner you develop relationships with the people who provide you services,  And if  you're lucky, they provide service as if  you are always a priority and they aim to do whatever it takes and go above and beyond to keep you as a client This is certainly how I feel about the service I always get from Italia.   She is always quick to respond to calls and makes herself  available when I have questions or concerns. She is relentless to make sure your concerns or requests taken care of, and follows through to see that you get what you need from the insurance carrier. When it comes to our yearly audit for workers compensation insurance Itilia and Lenord are diligent in assisting as to make sure we are kept up-to-date on any changes  Increase in premiums or refunds due. Thank you for making us feel like we're their only client. I truly believe she is an asset to the company and grateful for the service of Leonard, Italia and Distinctive insurance company.,
