        I'm not giving Molly maids any stars because their service sucks. I scheduled an appointment, they have me a price,  then when the maids got here, they said it would be more. They rip people off with their policies. Never use their service.

        BEWARE!!!! I FOOLISHLY allowed Merry Maids a second chance after they did a terrible job with my first clean. We have a keyless entry and they were instructed to use it exclusively. They didn't follow instructions (or common sense) and locked a doorknob instead of using the keypad to lock the door (despite the fact that they entered with the keypad and no key) and we were locked out of our house. We had to call a $250 locksmith at 1am to get into our own house. They refused to do ANYTHING about it and I was forced to eat the expense of their idiocy. They ignored multiple texts and emails from me. There are plenty of other cleaners out there who follow basic instructions and won't lock you out of your house. If you can't trust them to lock the door properly can you really trust them with anything else? Service: Standard cleaning
