        Shady hotel, several charges on my daughter and too snobbish to handle redirected us to a email. Such customer service savvy, not. ( Being sarcastic.) However, there are several upscale hotels in a prime location like Bellagio, in the area i'd recommend over this place, (it's actually located in a bad place in town) I don't recommend especially after being treated rudely. Finally FYI check your statement or receipts carefully, something definitely shady going on here. They will also hold your credit card for the maximum days. Not great for business.
