        My Mother went into palliative care at home and Alta was wonderful! Her case manager Miguel was very professional, caring and went over and beyond in taking care of my mom. The whole team were exceptional! She was in their care for a little over a month. She went from palliative to hospice. She transitioned yesterday and Alta made sure everything went very smoothly. I thank them from the bottom of my heart and may God continue to Bless them all!
