Silver State Hospice Care

I am forever GRATEFUL for the Staff at Silver State Hospice. My Aunt was under their care while she was at a group home. Their keen perception and due diligence of her well being gave me much comfort since I live on the East coast. However, the staff at Silver State did notice my Aunt needed to be moved to a facility with more care options. Their caring and communication skills brought me peace and trust IN THEM until I was able to be in Las Vegas. Even though my Aunt was no longer under their care, they still took out time to meet and answer ALL my questions. Forever THANKFUL.

Silver State Hospice moves quickly with empathy and care. My father was in medical rehabilitation post stroke. An unexpected decline created a care situation the facility could not handle. Our only choice was Hospice at another facility but we chose to take Dad home. Within days Silver State Hospice had located and delivered all needed equipment assigned a new doctor provided register nurses on site and delicately demonstrated what compassionate and professional Hospice Care can be. They met our immediate needs and felt like extended family. Dad hung on long enough to say his goodbyes and was well cared for into a peaceful transition at home. Through it all Silver State Hospice guided us through some challenging times. Thank you, Silver State Hospice. If you have a loved one in Nevada needing hospice reach out to them.

Unfortunately, within a year we lost two of our family members. Nothing would have prepared us to need separate back-to-back hospice care for our loved ones. We used different agencies, our brother who died of cancer in 2022 and our father in 2023. We were not pleased with the 1st hospice agencys level of service and care. We sought out Silver State Hospice and they navigated difficult questions with professionalism and concern. They made arrangements for all necessary medical equipment to deliver to the house within 5 days of contact. Each and every Silver State staff member we dealt with had the right touch of genuine interest, respect and compassion. All the staff were the epitome of what compassionate and caring health care providers should be and could have been for my brother. Thank you, Silver State Hospice, we are so grateful for your genuine and quality service you provided during such a difficult time.

My family would like to express our gratitude to Silver State Hospice. Thank you for your sensitivity and care. The nurses and social workers were wonderful, caring, and compassionate. The information they provided was helpful for the grieving process. We highly recommend Silver State Hospice Services. They provided exceptional care and assisted the entire family. The providers are very competent and experienced in their respective fields of practice.

I just want to say thank you to the whole silver state group that took care of my grandfather. He had passed a few days ago and they made him feel very comfortable before he passed. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.
