Liberty Creek Hospice, LLC

My brother John T. was in care at Alta House from 07/15/23 - 01/18/24. I want to express my gratitude for All employees that were involved in his care. He received the upmost compassion and care while in the facility..I know this from Ohio because the staff was exceptional with communication with me!!! I CANNOT say enough kindness about Eulo, Eureka, and Victoria for putting up with my constant communication and reciprocating! Liberty Creek Hospice was a great comfort during a difficult time. They were very helpful with the options we had for hospice care so we could choose the right environment for my mom. The staff was wonderful in their care of her until the end. Thank you Liberty Creek for everything

My Aunt Cathy was here and they took amazing care of her Couldn't ask for more kinder people they where so very helpful to me and my aunt wonderful place loving and kind . Sherri

I was very pleased to put a good friend of mine in that facility. She was taking very welcome. Everybody attended to her and made a feel good and I was happy. I want to save all the staff and all the members for what they done to help me and help her recover sadly but she didnt make it when she went to hospice. Thank you so much For helping me with everything I would always recommend you in your facility

My father was under hospice care with a previous agency, but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change agencies. Liberty Creek was recommended. Our family was very apprehensive and upset about this change because of the unknown, and we lived out of state. My father suffered from dementia, so change and the unknown were a double negative. Celeste from Liberty Creek contacted me to make the necessary arrangements for transfer. She approached me with patience and understanding. She assured me my father would get the best of care. Initially, my father did not take too well to the change, but the staff at Liberty Creek took on the challenge of making my father feel safe. They provided the level of care he needed and gained his trust. They kept us informed every step of the way. We felt more at ease and the guilt of not being present for my father diminished because the staff went above and beyond to not only do their job, but they embraced my father as if he were their family. The decision to go with Liberty Creek is one I will never regret. I could not have asked for a more compassionate set of people to take care of my father. Thank you Liberty Creek for making my father feel as comfortable as possible up until his transition. Many thanks to Celeste, Victoria, RN, Chaplin Cathy and all the Liberty Creek staff behind the scenes for doing what you do in caring for others loved ones!
