Staff pleasant when spoken with. They leave you alone basically, so friends and family can visit without having others listen in.

Very pleased with staff and doctors. Nurses have warm caring heart. The staff goes that extra mile to help and keep my husband comfortable.

My mom (Inace K) was kicked out of NAH because she didnt die fast enough NAH is a for profit company that only care about money, not at all like their TV commercials. If you live past the time when Medicare is still at the higher reimbursement, they will kick you out. She passed away about 90 days after she was dropped.

I cannot say enough about this compassionate facility. Unfortunately, I had to visit here recently when my Dad transitioned from this life... For four and a half days my family and I were at his bedside, around the clock. Absolutely everyone we encountered, from the receptionist, the cleaning ladies, the assistants, and the nurses were beyond caring, compassionate, and mindful of our situation. Our many questions were answered with dignity and professionalism. I cannot remember everyone's names, but Jackie, Chris, and Ebony were a few of the kind people I interacted with. Thank you for making our pain and sorrow bearable.

These people aren't here to "make your loved ones comfortable" they're here to basically drug up your loved ones until they die. Like a legal euthanasia facility for people. I really don't get how a place like this is morally okay. I watched my mother in law die in a matter of hours because they kept pumping her full of a cocktail of pain killers every other hour. The nurse almost got impatient with us because we wanted him to wait for him to give her another round while our kids were sitting right there.the other nurses got upset with my husband when he wanted to set his mom in bed comfortably on this pressure relief pad he brought from home and she was extremely rude about it like she was inconvenienced for asking to get his mom comfortable. If his brother didn't walk in as their mom took her last breath it would have been hours til they checked on her again to find her dead. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to see your loved one be so wasted on drugs they can't form a complete sentence until their heart basically stops. A legal overdose basically.
