Omni Care Hospice

Omni Care was an easy choice in picking a place for my elderly mother who was placed on Hospice. No one wants to face reality when it comes to such tragic news regarding a loved one. After calling and inquiring about Hospice care all over Las Vegas, I came across Roxanne who greeted me over the phone and provided so much helpful information that I never received with other places that I called. I immediately felt a sense of relief. She made me feel cared for and was able to answer some of the hard questions that I had to ask. After the initial call, she connected me with Charles. He was the one that conducted the intake for my mom. After meeting him at the hospital, he offered to speak to my mom who had no knowledge of what hospice care was. He was so patient with her and gave her the utmost sense of relief and comfort. She was very hesitant about the entire process because she was misinformed by hospital staff but Charles answered all her questions and eased her anxiety. The staff that has been working with my mom diligently has been the most caring, compassionate, and genuine. Any time I have a concern or a question, it has been addressed in a timely manner and the most important is that they are very efficient in providing the care to make my mom feel the most comfortable. Thank you Omni Care from the bottom of our hearts to Roxanne, Charles, Leola, Tamia, and the office staff who have made this experience less stressful for my mom and myself. They are so knowledgeable about the process, very communicative, and they have never made us feel like our concerns were a burden. We are forever grateful for your hospitality and genuine care for my mom and our family. We appreciate everything you guys do day in and day out. Its not easy going through this type of situation but working with Omni Care has made the transition smooth. Thank you again for the excellent care and continued support.

One of my dads last wishes was to be at home. Omnicares compassion, empathy, professionalism and personal touch made one of the hardest things to go through, peaceful. Thank you to Charles, Dennis, Gus, Janet,Tyler, Leola, Roxanne and the whole Omnicare family for the kindness and going above and beyond. My dad is in heaven now and Im glad we had the chance to be around him during his final days. Thank you again. I will always recommend you all. I appreciate the extraordinary care you all provide to all your patients. Especially the one closest to my heart.

I love this company, Judith Regan is my moms nurse, she comes out to her home to check on her and make sure she is healthy and safe. Anything my mom needs she makes sure to get it done for her. She communicates with me every time she sees her. She is a wonderful nurse and I really feel the staff is very caring.

They were great. They got my mom processed and sent a nurse out the same day. I was lucky to have their help at the time. The CNA Karina W was so nice. I would recommend their service when hospice care is needed.

Prior to calling Omni I had so many questions! Upon researching and looking at other similar businesses Omni provided the most professional & personal customer service. Roxanne took her time answering all of my questions in detail. Even going above and beyond explaining the details of how insurance works in this already complex and sensitive time!
