Very accomodating and professional. Would highly reccomend them for hospice services they go above and beyond and treat everyone with outmost respect.

Used Galaxy for my relative on hospice at a Group Home - they were fast and efficient and saved me a great deal of money with generous helpings of multiple wound care and incontinence supplies. They helped me a lot with many medications and last minute prescriptions. Nurse came by within a few hours when I called.

I have to say that the entire team of Galaxy Hospice is excellent. Very professional, provide great service to the Residents we have in our Facility on their services. Nurses and CNAs are very friendly and above all hard working I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Hospice Services for their loved one!

My family friend is looking for a hospice and we chose Galaxy Hospice. They've been so kind and accommodating to our needs specially on those times that it seems everybody is down. The nurse who takes care of her gave her professional care all throughout the episode.

If I can give this company a zero I would. I have been trying to speak with a claims rep or accounts payable person for a least 6 MONTHS and cant get anyone to call me back or response to my emails. Per the receptionist, no one is available till 3 pm PST (Im in the east coast) and although she gives me a direct persons email or phone number, I still get no response back. How do they expect to conduct business this way?
