        Visiting Angels home service has worked great for us. They have sent us knowledgeable, trustworthy and capable caregivers who have done the job of caring for my husband in the manner we expected and then received.

        I have been with Visiting Angels for almost three years. My caregiver, Wanda, has been with me for that same amount of time and has , truly, been a blessing! She had been coming 7 days a week until 6 months ago. Thats when I was given Christie for the other two days. She is just as wonderful as Wanda! Both of my caregivers are always on time and never call in sick. I think its rare to find qualified caregivers that want to work and are dependable! I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone who is looking for an in home caregiver.

      I would encourage you to speak to your Client Care Coordinator, Becky as I have. We always have a back up for you. If an employee has an issue (such as a dead car battery) getting to a service, we will get a replacement there but they might not be able to get there at the normal start time. I think that would be the same for any business. Our caregivers get to pick what hours they want to work so sometimes they cannot take all the shifts that a client wants but we have over 200 great kind and caring employees.
