Horrible customer service and refuses to accept insurance even though they are listed on the provider network. My insurance has even reached out to this company regarding the matter. They tell insurance "yes we can accept it" then tell me another story. If you get a certain person to answer the phone her favorite response is "it's above my pay grade I can't help you". She has told me this on two different occasions now and it's about the only things she's trained to say. Trying to find home health care in the city is absolutely ridiculous let alone dealing with poor customer service and being told it's above someone's pay grade.

This company is Truly Awesome! They came to the rescue Immediately!!! The moment I contacted them within an hour from my first conversation on the phone with them, they were at my home and putting together a plan to help my wife. Jessica Gibson came to my house and greeted us with the most caring and professional demeanor I have ever seen. She patiently listened to me as I described our situation and talked to my wife. She was so knowledgeable about her condition and she educated me and made me aware of what was going on with her. She got right on the phone and got everything setup for expert help for us. I have never seen such a quick, reliable and thorough response before. The very next day individuals were at our home to help. She made me feel like we were Royalty and that our lives and Wellbeing was extremely important. They are by far the best option for the high quality care for your loved ones! Law Cook
