I worked as a doctor of physical therapy for carepro for about a year and a half. They limit therapy to 1-3 visits for most patients to hit their LUPA and then bill Medicare as if therapy is done. Dishonest, would not recommend.

I work with CarePro and can say they are the best Home Health and Hospice around. They care for their patients and families. Its one of the few Hospices that go the extra mile to ensure patients are taken care of. The Home Health is excellent and we have amazing nurses in both. We have a strong therapy program and again one of the few that have RNAs to ensure patients get the therapy they need. Medicare has changed drastically the reimbursement but CarePro has come up with a great way for patients to continue to receive good quality therapy. We even have electronic vital monitoring for patients that need it at no cost to the patient, its not reimbursed, and CarePro eats that cost to ensure the patients have what they need. The owners do their best to make the environment like family and go above and beyond for their employees and patients. Great place.
