Angel Care Home Health Services

Angel Care has both good workers and some not as good of workers. The workers don't always show up when they are scheduled. When our worker tells us they won't be here on certain days I end up having to call the office to get a replacement most of the time. Then the replacements seldom ever show up and I have to call the office again and ask where the worker is.  I always get told a certain person should be here, but no one showed up. When our caregiver is gone no one seems to care if they are replaced for that day or not. If they really did care then the office workers would make sure a caregiver was going to show up and not have the same thing happen over and over again. Once a person gets a good reliable caregiver things are good, until that person leaves, then it's hard to find another committed person. I don't know if all Home Health companies are this way or not, but it is very frustrating when your loved one needs help and the caregiver or replacement doesn't show up and your loved one has to be left alone and unattended too.

AS A VETERAN I HAD VERY POOR SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY AS REFERRED BY THE VA. COMPLAINED AND THE VA GOT ME TO AN AGENCY THAT IS , AND GIVES GREAT CARE. NOT ONE SAME CARE GIVER COME DAY AFTER DAY WITH ANGEL CARE, IN OTHER WORDS I HAD A DIFFERENT PERSON TROMPING THROUGH MY HOUSE EACH TIME, AND I DON'T LIKE THAT TYPE OF SERVICE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. The people in the office are rude and lie to you for no reason. The caregivers call off or quit and they never call to let you know so you are just stuck with no care. The caregivers always tell you how they are overworked and you have been forced on them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Poor caregivers! Alot of poor communication! No call no shows often! Poor staff that never seem to know whats going on! This has been an ongoing problem with them! They switch your scheduled time when I requested the days an times I wanted every week! Totally not reliable! Also caregivers like to sit an not work! Very poorly run agency an cant believe this company is in business! I would of gave them a zero rating because its a very losey company! Very poor communication skills on the office staff along wirh the caregivers! When a caregiver decides not to show up she doesnt call you as the client nor does the office they do this on the regular! So sad I have been put thru this every week! I highly do NOT recommend this company! The worst company ive ever dealt with ever!
