        Hidden charges. Managers last 6months tops. Rent goes up yearly and sometimes monthly . BAD WATER constantly losing service and have to boil. Not gated anymore. Homeless,theives, squatters and gangs moving into vacant sheds and homes. Terrible roads and a liar for a manager. No people skills at all. Tows cars with no notice and racist. Office not a friendly place.
