        Excellent community in Skye Canyon. Nice variety of options for new builds and at time amazing quick move in options and incentives. Quality builds, the front staff was friendly. Well put together floorplans.

        Very happy with my home. The sales staff had a few hiccups, but that is to be expected. Even though I got upset, Toll brothers stepped up and took care of the concern. The construction staff was great and the quality of my build was fabulous.The after delivery warranty prices needs a lot of work, but eventually all of my issues got resolved.I guess these are all first world problems, but it would have been nice not to have any. But this stuff is kinda expected.

        Beautiful gated community in a growing and up-and-coming area. We toured the models and the standing inventory. It looks like many of the homes are already occupied. It is going to make a great neighborhood for someone!
