        As a homeowner, Im disappointed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail and care by the subcontractors that Richmond used throughout the build process and warranty period, I know many other neighbors are as well. Endless issues with lights surging and flickering, poorly rated AC units and lines that vibrate bedroom walls. Would not recommend to my closest family/friends.
