Beazer Homes Rainbow Crossing

I am very disappointed in Pulte Rainbow crossing luxury public spaces and easements. Please note discarded construction materials on Pebble road. These materials have been here for 3 plus years. The landscaping has been neglected on Rocky Knoll and Tangled Vines Avenue for 3 years. I complained to Pulte representatives and they said it was the HOAs responsibility. The public area curb appeal of these beautiful 500k-800k homes does not show pride in construction or accountability. As a home owner, I am very concerned. The new landscape areas obviously is already over run with weeds.

I called Sunday 2/11/24 to obtain some information on whether we can go in without a contract to build so we can price out some design upgrades. The woman who answered the phone was unclear from the start that my call was rerouted to a satellite office who answers general questions about Pulte. She just kept telling me to talk to a sales person at the community for my questions. And the whole time, I thought I WAS talking to someone at the community because I called the number given for Rainbow Crossing. She had ZERO issues talking over me, being abrupt, and not even trying to mask her impatience. Additionally, she also gave out WRONG and inaccurate information that I later confirmed when I finally spoke with the right person after making an extra call somewhere else. So just a few suggestions. One, I am not your friend -- do not talk to clients like that. Two, Pulte routes their calls however they want so if clients appear confused, have some patience. Three, before you give out information e.g. no more upgrades can be added to a specific lot, you better know what you're talking about because you were wrong. If this is how you treat your future clients, then I'd hate to see how you treat your existing clients when dealing with warranty issues. Maybe Pulte doesn't require any character studies to be done on their employees. Maybe you just snatch up the next UNLV grad that applies for a job with you guys. And it shows.
