Richmond America is not a good home builder . they use poor craftsmanships and low quality material. we have dust coming through the windows from outside of the house, doors that do not align and or do not close, There are huge crack through all our walls,the electrical in the house is a disaster and LED lights continuously blow up, we had a huge water leak and had to have the entire kitchen redone.

I bought a house for almost a year. 10months to be exact. My richmond representative has not been responding to me regarding my concerns. All he answers me is i dont know. I am so frustrated, and disappointed. I am a first time home buyer and my experience is awful. No communication at all. My garage door is still the temporary garage door. A lot of dusts has been coming through the windows. The request i made regarding the dent on the bathroom wall. The representative told me that they can just paint the garage doors. Hell no! Those temporary ones has a lot of dents, and scratches. I think its very inappropriate and unprofessional to even mention that. We are paying our dues on time, no delays, nothing short of anything since the beginning. All we ask is to receive the right service from richmond.
