Still a very quiet place to live, I imagine it is too expensive but it is worth it near the mountain to walk or ride a bike.

I purchased a home here on 10/26/22. Overall Lennar was fine, typical new home construction process and issues. My issue is this is a forced solar community. Even then I would have been ok with the lack of choice and being forced to either buy or lease from their solar provider Sunnova which is also owned by Lennar. However it has been nearly 6 months and my Solar unit has not been turned on nor have I received any communication from them since January 30th. Repeated calls have all been to a call center where they say they will look into the delay and call me back which never happens. Lennar takes no responsibility in this since it is technically a different company, but they own that company and require to shell out 23k at closing. I just want this 20k boondoggle to be turned on and I feel like I am screaming into a void at this point. It is now 5/4/23 and my solar is still not turned on. It is now 5/19/23 and my solar is still not turned on. Well they turned it on on 5/20/23. Almost 7 months after I closed. Service: Accessory building construction
