Dove Point by Richmond American Homes

I recently toured a beautiful new home by Richmond American in the Dove Point I community, and I was genuinely impressed! The 10-foot ceilings create a bright and airy feel that instantly makes you feel cool. The primary bathroom is a standout feature with gorgeous tile work that adds a touch of luxury. I absolutely loved the spacious bathtub!Plus, the extended covered patio with center-meet wide sliding doors really enhances the indoor-outdoor flow.Another highlight of this community is the wide roads, which add to the overall sense of space and tranquility. The gated entry provides an extra layer of security. This home has so much to offer!

This is a really nice community, I like the design of the houses with both ranch, two story and even houses with RV garages available. There's lots of shops and restaurants within a short distance too. Also, Greysi, one of the sales reps was very friendly and helpful.

Rude representative, pressure tactics. We wanted to look at the models but the man there wouldn't let us until we filled out a form with all our info. I felt like I was dealing with a sleezy con man. Richmond used to be one of my top choices, not anymore.
