I decided finally to go to a shop and get my hair twisted and thought it was a good idea to go to this place next to my barbershop. Wrong! I went in with my hair already twisted Freeform twist thinking she would enhance the look I was going for. She asked me to send her a pic of the way I was looking to have my hair so I did, she advised me to do 3 strand dreads to make them stronger and basically she knotted my hair up. It looked good for my event but when I took it down it was a matted mess. My wife helped me to comb it out luckily and I lost a very small amount of hair. I would not recommend that you go here unless you know the techniques because I feel that she took advantage of the fact that I was just trying something different and did not know about starting Freeform locks .

Very good service, clean salon and Esther excellent, her treatment is very pleasant and quick when styling hair.

I don't recommend this place to anyone she did my hair took forever then my hair started coming out I kept a scarf over it when going to bed and when I went to work then took it off but then my braids came out from 1-3 at a time I was an assistant manager for rebel then cause my braids were on the floor I got written up for it then when I got home 2 more braids fell out from the top so I thought she would be nice and just redo a different style cause I paid EASTER 250$ so I wasn't asking for refund or anything I did ask EASTER IF SHE WOULD DO A DIFFERENT HAIR STYLE ???? I sent her a picture and told her she could still keep the money and she told me yea and told me it would cost me anywhere from 110-125 I told her I just paid you and my hair is not even a week old so I recommend that none of you goes to her shop unless you wanna get ripped off 1/15/2024
