This is the worst place ever. I asked for a light ashy brown on my dark brown virgin hair & the girl i booked the appointment with didnt even do my hair. It was some other random girl & she sucks. My hair is orange now. How is that acceptable? They wont even answer my texts or anything to get a refund. Disgusting place, dont waste your time. They cant even lighten virgin hair correctly!! Color Me Glam is now LAREE Balayage Boutique on E Warm Springs and the following 1-star review is not about the quality of highlights / cut. Instead, it's for the absolute garbage "customer service". Yesterday, I was unintentionally late trying to navigate to their new location on E Warm Spring. Unfortunately, I didn't realize just how far it was from the original location. (I'm still somewhat new to town.) As a returning client, I got a brief "we're moving" comment at my previous appt with no communication that the new location's neighborhood is so far away and definitely not as nice as the previous. BUT I'd be totally willing to overlook it AND continue to travel twice as far for a good stylist. As a result, I completely underestimated the necessary travel time for my 3:00 PM appt. Which I totally accept responsibility for. I should have looked it up further in advance not 15 min into my drive. Realizing the major error in judgement, I texted Heather at 3:06 PM to communicate that I was actively on my way. At 3:24 PM, I received a text back stating simply: "Hi Sadie, we had you down for 3 :( " (I know... hence the text...) By that point, (because thankfully this city isn't THAT big) I was only 1 min away at the nearest traffic light. So I immediately texted back letting them know & received no further replies. 1 min later, as promised I was in the lot. BUT thanks to 0 signage & the suite number communicated not being posted visibly, I spent an extra 10 minutes circling the parking lot trying to identify where the salon even was. (It looks like its a part of the neighboring sweets store.) Still no replies or acknowledgement of my previous text. I finally spotted Avery walking outside with a client to take photos and parked. I walked in the salon at exactly 3:36 PM. Then I stood around for for another 2-3 minutes completely unacknowledged. Avery came back in from outside, went into the back (ignoring me). When she came back out & finally acknowledge me it was only to tell me my appointment had been cancelled and I could be rebooked for Friday - like the Friday opening was a favor I should be grateful for. I stayed polite and let her know that Friday would not work with my schedule and reminded her that I waited almost an hour FOR THEM at my last appt AND 30 minutes the appt before that. Avery stared at me blankly and simply repeated herself but added that if I had been 15 min late things would be different. (This random new policy would have been great to know back at 3:06 when I texted or even 3:24 PM so I wouldn't have wasted any additional time trying to get there.) Recognizing her inability to understand that I wasn't available Friday, and that she was not about to apply any critical thinking to come up with another solution, I walked out and just said, "no thanks. I'll rebook when I feel like it." In case you're wondering, Heather hid in the back the entire time and did not reach out to acknowledge the situation at all which I find to be both cowardly AND a clear statement about how much they value their clients. That said, the fact that they made me wait almost an hour at my previous appt which was a styling for a special event where they knew upfront what time I needed to head to my makeup appt (which had to be canceled), should have been an early clue. So hopefully this review spares you the trouble and wasted time.

Total prdida de tiempo ,,, envi fotos ,,, hice cita con antelacin y me la cancelaron el mismo da ,, la cambi y despus que ya estaba all me dicen q ella no poda utilizar la tcnica q llevaba mi pelo para que quedara un color parejo ,,,, sea lo que nunca por aos que llevo visitando diferentes peluqueras haba yo escuchado en mi vida ,,, una peluquera que solo sepa hacer una tcnica y no se ajuste a la necesidad del cabello de sus clientes ,,, adems que ella ni siquiera me atendi o me mir sino sus ayudantes ,,, horrible experiencia y siiiii gran prdida de tiempo ,,,, menos mal que me fui a tiempo hubiera desperdiciado mi dinero y obtenido un mal trabajo ya que segn ellos las fotos de sus trabajos en Instagram son de personas que ya llevaban el cabello as sin sentido todo y pattico.

Excited etc nothing but perfection! Heather is my hair girl and exceeds my expectation 100000% I know when I walk in not only am I welcomes but its a safe place. I love the atmosphere and the fact that every time I leave my confidence is always over the top. Recommend her confidently!!!

Nothing but perfection ! Im total live with my hair . Heather and the team were absolutely friendly and down to earth. Felt very comfortable and trust heather 100% with my hair . Never going anywhere but to Color me glam absolutely recommend
