I wish I could rate her, but she never showed up to my appointment. I texted her the night before to ask about a change in service - no response. That should have been my first hint. Appointment day came, and I traveled the 30 mins to get from south vegas, to summerlin. When I arrived, the receptionist texted Roshetta to let me know I was there. 10 mins passed by, 15, 25 and no one ever came out. I went to the receptionist and asked if she had let R know that I was there. She pinged her again, stating that this happened to another customer - see other review. So, I decided to text her myself, and I received no response. I waited 45 minutes to get my hair done and wasted so much time driving for a hairstylist who doesnt even have the professionalism to notify customers that she is skipping out on them. Beyond irritated.

Horrible first time experience. I'd give it a ZERO if I could. Its been a few years since I had gotten a simple trim on my hair because I simply do not trust just anyone to work on my thick curly hair, so when I saw the reviews on "Hair by Roshetta," I got the courage and thought "I'll give her a try" . Booked appt after several text exchanges confirming what I wanted ( simple trim, after deep conditioning) and after I signed an agreement that she will charge for "no show appts". She mentioned Friday she was open (4/7,/23) only to later say she wasn't available, so then she stated she had an 11:30 for Monday 4/10. I booked it. I'm coming from Henderson to Summerlin, feeling a little bit under the weather, I show up, I text, and text, and no response. The receptionist had also texted and - no response. I waited 30 minutes ( when she stated that she runs about 10 min behind). I text her "are we still on for todays appt/ meeting". No response. As of me writing this review its been an hour and still no response. Very disheartening, unprofessional, and discorteous. I wasted my, time, literal energy, excitement, and gas for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I will dispute the charge for "no show- on her end-/ services NOT rendered" if she tries to charge me as that would be fraudulent. Buyer Beware! thankfully, I found an old hair stylist and will return to him. he does just what I want , extensions too and it looks BEAUTIFUL! Service: Curly hair

Ro had my hair feeling silky smooth. My ends were trimmed to perfection. And she is focused on the health of the hair. Will definitely be back.
