This company took advantage and did a horrible job with my home. They quoted me that it would take 1 month to do my bathroom and it took them 5 months. When they finished my wall started leaking water I wish I would have never hired them

Stacy and Tasha did an amazing job for us!!We got their name from a friend of a friend and we feel very blessed.  We started this process prior to closing on the home and we lived in another state, so I was very nervous! We have personally remodeled several homes so I was also concerned with their work as I feel like owners care more than workers. That was not the case! Their time line was right on target and their contractors were polite, and timely. Some of them worked weekends even. We were staying down the street @ a family members' house, so we were able to stop by everyday and no contractor seemed to mind this. We had a budget, but could shop for what we may have wanted to upgrade such as our light fixtures. We ordered our own appliances in the kitchen. For reference we purchased a 1380 sq ft home in Del Webb and everything besides the shower in the 2nd bathroom was replaced so it was from ground up in my opinion. I would be happy to speak with you if you want more information! Project took less than 3 months.

Very disappointed with Ranieri. I called to have them come and quote a full Kitchen remodel in North Las Vegas (probably over $40K), only to have them call me back and say that I am outside of their "area", as it is too far to drive to my home (as if Las Vegas is that big - LOL!). They apologized and said they like to stay in the Summerlin area (aka High Income Neighborhoods). I can't help but feel as is they were disciminating against doing work for us because we live in "North Las Vegas". Probaly better off, as I do not care to be "Economically discriminated" against, and nor should you! Buyer beware, as they obviously only cater to what they consider to be the "Upper Crust" and I'm sure they will increase their prices accordingly! Thankful to find out now, rather than later!

Stacy remodeled our master bath and a portion of our master bedroom. She did an outstanding job managing the various high quality subs she has used over the years so we did not have to worry. Everyone was very respectful of our house and our privacy. We were so pleased with Ranieri Construction that we also had Stacy re-do our bar area. We would highly recommend Ranieri and would certainly use them again, worry free. And we all know what a pain and risk remodeling can be so we don't take this lightly.
