Here we go. If you have a sign that states open 24 hours . You must be open 24 hours . I understand shift change but I know that only takes 10 minutes. If you are going to close for 30 minutes every night YOU HAVE TO PUT A SIGN UP with business hours . Then to only tell someone as they are going to the registered we are closed . Wasted everyones time!!! Worst customer Service . I used to like going there tooVICTORIA THE OLD STORE MANAGER WOULD OF NEVER ALLOWED THAT!!

Just this evening, I stopped by this place to grab a couple of bags of chips to snack on. While I was there, it got kind of busy, and the black cashier opened up a second register to help with customers. Mind you, I was already in line and was the next customer in the line where the Hispanic cashier was taking care of a couple who were buying beer. So, I let another person go next to the second register. So, as soon as I get to the counter, the Hispanic cashier says that she was closed. I know that she saw me waiting to be next, and so she gave me the excuse that her register was now closed and that the line went the other way. I simply put what I had on the counter, waved her off, and took my money elsewhere. To the person who owns this location, teach your employees that customer service is very important. Happy customers are frequent customers.
