Ann has been wonderful to me. She got me through a terrible divorce in which my ex was trying to take my parental rights for revenge. She and her staff were wonderful at explaining to me how everything would go, kept me informed about my case, and calmed my fears. When we had an issues a couple years later with determining our children's schools, she was wonderful and informative and calming all over again. She is not going to sugar coat things so if you're the kind of person who wants information stated clearly and directly, she's exactly who you are looking for. She's a little expensive but totally worth the $$.
