I had outstanding service at the Harrahs box office.
Stub-hub had sold my seats that I paid for but could never get downloaded.
I asked at the box office if what I had in my email were my tickets.
Rachel and Karla tried to help me but being the 3rd party we could not see I had any tickets. It was less than an hour from seeing my 3rd grade sweetheart Donny Osmond in concert.
I was almost in tears. Stub Hub did not have my seats any longer and offered me worse seats. I was disappointed and frustrated and cancelled tickets for a refund.
Then I went to Rachel and Karla who were amazing at Harrahs box office. They not only found me better seats 3rd row center stage, but the tickets were much cheaper than what I was originally paying. Those two amazing young ladies made me so happy I honestly can not thank them enough.
Lesson learned, go directly through the venues box office and not a third party. Thank you again to Harrahs fantastic box office staff, Rachel and Karla. Those two wonderful employees helped me fulfill my life long dream of seeing Donny Osmond live.
