I THOUGHT i didnt need a wedding planner. I THOUGHT- hey, Im organized and creative. I dont need any help to plan my big day. I was working the night shift in the ICU, my husband was deployed, every member of the wedding party lived in a different state, my vendors kept going MIA, and I realized my wedding planning stress was turning my special day into a burden. In 20 years I didnt want look back at my wedding as an anxiety-inducing headache. Thankfully, I found Andrea Eppolito She glided into my situation and took the weight off my shoulders. Almost instantly, she was sending me expert timelines, budget breakdowns, and had my entire wedding party and my vendors locked and loaded. She was also a wealth of ideas on how to elevate my wedding from Pinterest cookie-cutter party to a uniquely elegant event. On my big day, she handled any hiccup with breezy nonchalance. Ive now been married for ten years and people STILL tell me my wedding was the most beautiful theyd ever seen. But the best part was, because Andrea was the mastermind quietly choreographing ever moment, I actually got to enjoy my wedding. Andrea and I connected so seamlessly via instagram. I knew she was the one right away. Andrea does boutique-style weddings. You will not get a planner who is overbooked and unavailable to you. She only does 5 weddings a year to maintain her high standards of service. Andrea had a challenging task of delivering a beautiful, modern wedding while learning and not compromising on customs per the Muslim faith. She not only worked with me but also closely with my parents. The Muslim faith is very young relative to other monotheistic faiths, which means the vision of how the wedding is supposed to go and at times can be made to be more complex. Andrea was able to successfully honor tradition while delivering modern glamor without making anything complicated. Additionally she worked hard to deliver 2 wedding events which might as well have been 2 weddings so seamlessly. This wedding will be one to remember forever not just for me and my family but our community and the modern Muslim world.
