5 Volt Electronics

Had an issue with my washing machine and Eddie was assigned as the tech from my home warranty. Came out, looked at the washer. Said he had to order the parts and would be back when they came in. The next day I get a message from my home warranty company saying that there's nothing wrong and no repairs are needed according to to tech. Who's lying?

If this is the company you are assigned by a warranty company, in my case choice warrant assigned them to me, run don't walk. He lied to choice and to me about a choice approval and it has been a nightmare. Now I'm stuck in limbo of getting a buyout of replacement approved. Do not choose this company on your own. BEWARE! Edit: per his response. He told Choice he was ordering a refurbished part not that he was taking my part and sending it to Kentucky, now NJ. its been a total nightmare. I wish I could get my money and peace of mind back, but unfortunately I wont and I hope he learns that his choices affects people when he lies or doesnt tell the whole truth, it can cause stress.

Volt was one of the 3 companies I was referred to from LG itself. Volt was the most reasonably priced on labor. I called and spoke with Eddie that we needed our boot gasket on our 15 year old LG replaced. I actually ordered the part from LG it came in an Eddie was there when he said he would be. Repaired the issue and mentioned that the washer was making a wierd noise. My lady said yes it's been doing that for a while. He checked everything else out and the it worked fine. Fast forward a couple weeks later and the noise was the drain pump going out. His price compared to LG was about a $4 difference(part was $52). He had it in stock and we didnt have to wait 3-5 business days. He showed up the next day and put in the new drain pump, that was today. Washer is working great so far. For being a 15 year old washer he said no rust or corrosion anywhere. Solid repair man and does what he says, very clean and wore booties and a mask and was careful in our home. In this day and age fixing than replacing is alot cheaper still. Thx Eddie you got us up and running in know time at all. Very professional.
