I called twice for some work to be done never got a response back customer service is terrible

I called for an estimate and an idea of what I need to do to be up to code. The repairman which was in time is the beat thing I can say. Although I live in a gated community I never received a call letting me know he was here. I should've been made aware he was here before a knock on the door. He barely spoke and told me the estimate would take all weekend to prepare. He also said when I receive the estimate I will see a lot of troubleshooting time. Well here it is 6 days later and no estimate. Taking my business elsewhere. Thank you.

When a company doesn't show up for an appointment they get 0 stars. My appointment was for Wednesday August 4th between 1 and 2pm. I made the appointment by phone. So yes, your techs did miss an appointment. A $2500-$3500 job. I have an email from your company confirming the appointment. It was an estimate for a new electric panel on my house. If you don't show up for that...how can I trust you to do the job?

Since I am from out of town I have to rely on reviews to choose various service providers. The positive reviews for Fowler are 100% accurate. Professional, timely, great communication and top notch service. Christopher, my tech, did an excellent job, was very professional and was a genuinely nice guy. You can't go wrong with this company.
