        Used for a one-time health and fitness plan. It was a great setup with a fully customized plan and I met with a coach to go over everything. I was off on my way and it was really a great setup! I was good on my own for a while but then went back for monthly coaching so I could have someone to hold me more accountable. That is really just ME though! I think a lot people would be fine on their own, but I am someone who needs someone checking in on them constantly.
