I was looking for someone to help us through the stressful college application process. Herbie was very accessible and helped us to successfully navigate all the deadlines and requirements. He worked closely with our student to fine-tune her essays, and recommended several universities based on our students interests and desired locations, including one we were not aware of a small private school that offers a great film program. That school has offered substantial financial aid including scholarships and grants. She has chosen to attend this school but was also accepted to all eight schools to which she applied. As a student who stressed tremendously over college applications, I am forever grateful for Mr. Walkers guidance. My daughter and I met up with Mr. Herbie Walker of Walker College Consultants. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and asked very relevant questions to guide her on how to ultimately make decisions on what colleges to apply to.
