Here's my experience: My disabled, diabetic mom in law has been encountering avoidable obstacles. Despite ordering her medication a week ago, we've had to visit daily for her rx. Regrettably, there's a noticeable communication gap among the staff. Today marks our third trip, which is worrisome and frustrating for her health.

Terrible experience. From out of town on vacation. I went in with my kids to purchase bottled water for hiking at the Red Rock Canyon park. As soon as I walked in I noticed CVS employees walking around me, in front, behind as if I was there to steal. Very rude, no excuse me, or pardon me poor customer service. This stupid tactic of having red shirts follow one around the store is pathetic. The majority of theft if caused by insiders- management, security, or workers since they have poor pay and low morale. Very seldom from customers unless they are homeless or on drugs. Suggestions be kind and respectful to all customers, use surveillance cameras instead of workers walking all over customers. You wouldn't like to be treated unfairly and unreasonably either... Waiting for an apology...

I shop at CVS often. They have an amazing group of humble and knowledgeable associates. They carry a multitude of products. Its my go to pharmacy when I am in need of something, i.e. health, beauty, cards, snacks, candy, drinks, prescriptions and more. I always find what I need otherwise the associates are always willing to help me find the product. It is also refreshing to walk into a clean and organized establishment. I love CVS, its associates and its proximity to my home. Thank you to the management and staff.
