From the phone call to signing in and seeing Dr. Burnley was truly a exceptional experience. I have always had a phobia of Dentist, but not here. They are so caring. You are not a number you are a person needing help! 😀

Dirty. Left my appointment after my ex-rays, should have left much soon than that. No hand sanitizer available for patients, walls and carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in YEARS. Dental assistant who helped me used his bare hands to grab the ex ray pads in addition to leaving the holder for them in the used and open in the dirty sink only to reuse them on me! Exam rooms and chair bays are open ceiling and have no way to protect you from other patients aspirating: so when you are getting your ex rays or procedure done (mouth open) you are possibly being exposed to others. Not covid safe.

Burnley Dental Group puts ethics back into the field of dentistry. If you've ever needed a major dental procedure, you know how difficult it is to find dentsits who genuinely care about their craft instead of the money. The staff at BDG did not stop (we were there for about 5-6 hours) until my father's severely damaged denture was repaired. Though they had very little to work with (thanks to the hacks at our previous dental facility) they were able to craft an almost new denture from the remnants of his old one. And now, excatly seven months ago to the day, my dad's denture is still functioning perfectly. If you're looking for people who care, visit this establishment.

Amazing experience. I was in extreme pain and the fit me in on a Sunday. The front desk Cody was super helpful and patient with helping us find our insurance information. The doctor was amazing and make me feel comfortable. I live in cenntenial, but trust me this dentist office is worth the drive. Great staff behind a great doctor. ♡♡
