AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COST !!!. AN AUTHENTIC SIGNATURE FLAMINGO SMILE :) I had a tooth that served me well for 25 years. It needed replacement due to a small piece missing on the side, yet the tooth remained very sturdy. However, after Dr. Lam from Flamingo Smiles Dentistry worked on it, the tooth became weak and fragile. Post-treatment, Dr. Lam advised against biting into apples or bread for good, which made me question if he was serious. Unfortunately, the tooth cracked twice in a matter of months. When I called for them to fix it, they said they could only see me a week later. I also requested before and after X-ray images of the tooth. Initially, the supervisor claimed I couldn't have them. Upon asking why, he changed his stance, promising the images would be emailed to me within 10 minutes. However, a few hours later, I still hadn't received these images. I feel compelled to file a report against this dentist with the dental board. Look at the photos; THIS IS THE FLAMINGO SMILE YOU MAY HAVE IF YOU GET SOME CARE AT FLAMINGO SMILE DENTISTRY.

Went to get a cleaning and they literally looked in my mouth, did a visual exam, said all was well and did nothing to clean my teeth. Being a normal cleaning involves descaling with a dental pick to get plaque off and out of crevices, I did not feel comfortable with this lackluster laissez faire approach, especially being a type 1 diabetic and knowing oral health is critical to maintaining good blood pressure and extenuating good health. I then went to get a second option at another dentist and they spent an hour descaling my teeth to remove plaque build up, treated me with ozone to kill bacteria and had advised I was overdue for a cleaning, which I was as it had been about 9 months. Flamingo smiles then wants to charge me for clean they obviously didnt provide, and even More importantly, putting my health at risk due to negligence of proper care. I expressed my concerns to one of their staff named Paula, who could not have conducted herself anymore unprofessionally as she was unsophisticated, presumptions, assumptive and unwilling to advise a supervisor of the issue at hand. Shame on Flamingo Smiles and my only advice is that you likely could not find worse care anywhere else. PATIENT BEWARE!

The owner, Dr. Alan Estrada skillfully addressed my significant cavity by crafting an exceptional crown. His honesty shines through, as he never imposes excessive charges on his patients. This office has an onsite crown-making machine, adding a unique touch to the dental experience. The entire staff at this location is remarkably friendly and genuinely cares for your well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and hope it continues to flourish, bringing joy to the people in the town.
