Don Tiburcio

Dr. Tibercio is great. The office staff is not. When I called the office to talk about severe pain after an extraction, I was told the office was closed for the holidays and Dr. Tibercio was not there. I was given a website to go to to find another dentist in the group. I contacted another office and was told that Dr. Tibercio was in the office and had patients scheduled. The new office spent time to find me an appointment immediately. When I called Dr. Tibercios office back, the manager I spoke to lied to me again and told me she never said the office was closed. I will never go back to this office with people who clearly have no empathy for a patient in pain.
