There receptionists need to work on there customer service when people need to cancel last minute especially if someone works a grave yard shift and wakes up feeling Ill. Ill definitely be finding someone else for my whole family. Im a AGM at a hotel and I have never spoke to anyone the way this receptionist has spoken to me and let me tell ya Ive been cursed at called all kinds of names and would never. Lose the stuck up receptionist before you lose a lot of clients.
