Asked for a estimate on 6/11 and they said that they cant give any estimate on how much a filling cost even with the procedure name and that the visit would cost 100.

I have had a fear of dentists since I was young and have gone through many dentists in my life, including walking out with the bib still around my neck... Dr. J and her staff have shown such kindness and sensitivity to my phobias. Dr. J explains each step of the procedure and will ask if I need a break when I start to shake. Emme is always extra gentle when taking x-rays and has a such light touch! Chrissy at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and what procedures make sense. Their office at Warm Springs was about 10 minutes away from my work so it was easy to get to. Since the pandemic, I've been working from home and gladly make the now 45 minute drive instead of switching dentists. I would highly recommend Dr. J and her experienced team for anyone looking for a dentist you don't need to fear :)

The front desk lady with the purple hair was really rude!! She needs to be replaced or the Great Dentist will be losing lots of money and patients. No wonder we was the only patients in the office that afternoon. After she said she would call me back and email me my childrens records that same day, she never did so I called back 3 days later and she tried to act as if she wasn't there that day but she has a voice that you can't forget! Then she said we had to wait for the insurance approval and hung up and she continued to hang up each time I called back. Guess she didn't like me calling her on her BS. But I have the right to my childrens records. NEVER taking my children there again!!!! Highly NOT recommended! They may be trying to over charge and add treatment that was never done. That's why she didn't want to give me my childrens records.
