This was my first visit after changing dentists. The staff was kind, the appointment was on time, and the office was clean with modern equipment. They are very thorough in their new patient exam, with lots of X-rays and assessments. I was told that they normally schedule the first cleaning for a later date after they have an understanding of what is needed, but since I only needed a regular cleaning and there was time, I was able to get my cleaning that day. I received the $79 new patient special because I only needed a regular cleaning with no fluoride, which was great for me since we only have pediatric insurance coverage for our child.

Dr. Martinez and staff really impressed me with customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail and follow up. I also loved their modern equipment and welcoming front office.

This was my first time coming to Town Center Dental. I had a great experience. It was easy to get an appointment, no wait when I got there, and Kristen, my hygienist, was awesome!!!

I started going to Dr. Martinez a year ago. When I switched I was very nervous as I have a complex case for my teeth and have only ever trusted a few people not to mention I had some very expensive work done at a different office that I was nervous about someone else messing up. Needless to say Dr. Martinez and all dental assistants and hygienists have hit it out of the park. Every time I have a dental concern they are there to help me. Today most specifically my crown on my front tooth popped off. I called the dentist who did it and they wanted crazy amounts of money so I called town center dental and they squeezed me in after work. They gave me an amazing price. My crown needs replacing but they have worked out a plan with me to do this at a cheaper rate than my previous office. The people at the front desk are awesome! Everyone was understanding to my situation and did everything they could to help me! I have my tooth back on and will be back soon to finish the job. I will tell anyone who will listen to go to town center dental!
