Rancho Smiles Dentistry

Have gone to Vegas Smiles for many many years. I am always so pleased and happy with the care I get there. The entire staff is caring and professional and they make me feel appreciated as a client. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great dentist and a caring staff.

They are not truthful with billing so plan on a cleaning to run you over 1200 dollars I was told it was approved by insurance prior and told a month later i owed this amount and they gave my billing info to another dental surgeons office (how I paid ) very shady front office

They dont do proper preauthorizations to insurance and they say you owe them money 10x what the insurance would have paid. Do not go unless you want to be ripped off. Not sure wha changed *****update now they are calling harassing us to take down the review. Wonder how long before they respond with my hippa info like they did with the other review a few years ago..
