Dr. Kim and the whole staff are AMAZING! The Dr. and staff operated quickly and efficiently. All are highly competent, well maintained office and operating spaces. Most important, it didn't hurt!

Lady who assigns appointments over the phone does a very poor job in explaining services provided/ what to expect. She placed me on hold but forgot who she was speaking to, then proceeded to tell me information that was not related to me. When asking questions for clarification she doesnt seem to understand, and/or gives tones of attitude, even in cancelling my appointment she immediately hung up after confirmation.

We have used Dr. Kim for over 8 years. Never a problem. He is a one man office so at times he can be very busy. I had previously posted a negative review about my new dentures. Not only did they not fit correctly they were not even close to fitting. After my post the office manager called me. She made me an appointment and asked me to bring my dentures with me. Dr. Kim put them in and out of my mouth twice. He then said, these will never fit. We are going to start all over from the beginning. That is exactly what I felt was needed. After three visits for impressions and fittings I received my finished product today. A PERFECT FIT! Doctor Kim did what needed to be done to correct a problem. My confidence in this office has been restored. Thank you doctor Kim. Richard
