Ive been going to Dentists in Michigan for decades and I have never been treated as nice and kind and professional as I have at Crystal Dentist with the doctor and Maria in the office is absolutely amazing also! I love everyone there!

Prices were better than other places... staff is very nice..... close to my house ,but the bad part is....Even though I had an appointment, and I showed up early. They had one person before me in the waiting room,, one person showed up after me ,that went in before me, They acted like friends or regular clients...Another person showed up after me and , she also acted like this is her second home , all buddy buddy with the receptionist, it's not like the waiting room was jam packed!!!!!....I still had to wait 1hr+ past my appt time to get seen. I paid up front so they got their money , not covered by insurance, but I had to wait that long to get my service.??? I'll just never understand , if a business wants $$$$, why would they over book or not know how to book appointments so people don't have to wait an hour or more???I could understand 15 mins , 30 mins .....Maybe if I didn't pay up front they would have seen me faster? Maybe If I didn't already pay , I could have left and rescheduled for a day they could see me faster? What ever reason it's not right and I will reconsider coming here again.
