My son got assaulted at work it was nerve wrecking and not his fault. He got a tooth knocked out and they took us in immediately gave advice and helped soothe the stressful situation. The front desk ladies were kind considerate, and very helpful. Also the doctor knew exactly how to handle the situation.

I originally started coming here when I was on Medicaid and was paying cash price for everything since Medicaid doesn’t cover any dental work for anyone under 18. I love the $39 exam deal that they have. I finally got insurance through a new job which I was excited about because I had about $1,500-$2,000 worth of work to get done. I finally had my appointment(s) and then my insurance caused a lot of problems with what they chose to cover. I had called several times about the charges that I was getting because I was under the impression that everything was covered. I didn’t really understand what was going on but I finally got to talk to Raynelle!! She is amazing and calmly explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had about claims and EOB’s and coverage. I have been working with her for weeks on this, and she is amazing. She has the best customer service and has a lot of insurance knowledge. She deserves a raise for dealing with me and probably others with the same issues!
