Lady with the blonde hair is very rude to patients if they dont have the right insurance, she did not even want to talk about where else i could get treatment, and gave a mean look when I asked.

After stepping into this office for my scheduled appointment at 11am, there was an additional 20 people waiting with me, and only 6 seats. The purpose of having an appointment is so I don't have to wait until 3pm to get my procedure done. Not only is this practice unprofessional but your wasting my time and the person in the car who cannot leave until the procedure is done. So all in all, I was there from 11am-3pm. The only reason they started my procedure is because I got on the phone with my mother and told them of the horrible service I was receiving and how much longer will I be? Never in a million years did I think it would take 4 hours to extract ONE tooth. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you have atleast half a day to sit in there office with an additional 20 people. Not only was I waiting this whole time practically standing, but I did not eat for 8 hours prior. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location.
