    If you have insurance please go elsewhere!!Back in Feb 14 2022 I had a consultation at their Maryland location, for the extraction of my wisdom teeth which were giving me trouble, the day of my scheduled procedure upon arrival I am notified that my procedure cannot be done since the provider I was scheduled with was not in network with my insurance, I had taken time off work for that day and some after to recover so I pushed to be schedule if not that same day at least next day since they had failed to do their prep and didnt bother to advise patient with time, after I arrived to the Jones and Lake Mead location I was made to wait almost two hours before been taken to the back, I was given a second estimate and forced to pay $420.00 plus $25 of my deductible which I paid since it was less than what the first estimate had been, my procedure started at 12:42pm and by 1:04 pm my husband was already called to pick my up, I was discharged with no after care instructions nor followed up by their office to make sure I was fine after the procedure. April 2021 I receive a bill from their office for $535.90, with no explanation of what I was being billed for, I contacted my insurance who called on my behalf to their billing department and advise them to resubmit the claim for review. Apparently the balance was for the sedation that the dentist office failed to submit proof that was medically necessary due to medical condition. June 2021 I receive a denial from my insurance and a past due bill from Absolute Dental, fortunately I also received my explanation of benefits from my insurance and with the help of my husband (he works in billing) discovered that not only they had tried to bill my insurance for services never provided by them the removal of a tooth that was done several years ago, they also charged 3 units of anesthesia when they used only 2 but (we could consider this fraud) per my insurance plan and their contract the patient responsibility was only $98.90 including by deductible, so nor only I didn't owe anything but they had to reimburse me $346.10. To say that trying to get my money back has been a fight it is a understatement, I had to file a grievance with my insurance for them to drop charges, but I had to keep escalating from the manager Mrs Karen technically told me that per their office policy if my insurance declined claims patient was responsible no matter what the EOB or insurance said, she provided me the number and name of their biller which never answers her phone and comes to their office once a month, tired of this I decided to go directly to their corporate office. In December 2021 I spoke to Mrs Thacker, which took copy of all my paperwork, she understood and agreed I had to be reimbursed and told me she was going to take care of it, I work in medical field I know things like this take time, so I decided to wait a month before contacting her again, well it took me 3 months before another person got involved, Mrs De Alba called me and told me she was submitting the refund request on March 24 2022, and process usually takes 4-6 wks, I didnt give them 6 weeks I decided to be patient and waited 10 weeks before emailing her to request an update, I was not expecting to know when my check was going to be delivered but at least know were in the process my refund was, after 3 weekly emails she replied by saying she was going to follow up with refund department and call me back later that day... well I still havent been called it has been another month and yesterday I decided to go to their corporate office, surprise they are moving and everyone is working from home now so the only thing the receptionist could do is send an email, which probably will be ignored, as all the ones I have sent. I did call my insurance and report them again, I am hesitant to file a complaint with the Dental board but I am feeling cornered and for looking at other reviews is something common for them to not just overcharge insurances but also lie to their patients I am lucky to know what about my insurance, now imagine what they do to patients that trust them they are being charged fairly. I am also lucky people told me what to do and not do after my procedure otherwise I would have definitely ended up with an abscess or Dry Socket.

    Employees that work here are unprofessional, rude and ignorant. If you like to be treated like an animal you are better off visiting veterinarian. This is straight from Horror movies place . I am not kidding. Save your self time and find another place to do your oral surgery. Official complained filed with Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners.

    My wife was given an appointment time which we showed up early for. Once there they told her an hour an half after waiting her appointment time was changed without calling her first. Then she is told she could be waiting for up to four hours. What is the point of scheduling an appointment time if your not gonna see me for my appointment at that time. Very unprofessional service

Back in Feb 14 2022 I had a consultation at their Maryland location, for the extraction of my wisdom teeth which were giving me trouble, the day of my scheduled procedure upon arrival I am notified that my procedure cannot be done since the provider I was scheduled with was not in network with my insurance, I had taken time off work for that day and some after to recover so I pushed to be schedule if not that same day at least next day since they had failed to do their prep and didnt bother to advise patient with time, after I arrived to the Jones and Lake Mead location I was made to wait almost two hours before been taken to the back, I was given a second estimate and forced to pay $420.00 plus $25 of my deductible which I paid since it was less than what the first estimate had been, my procedure started at 12:42pm and by 1:04 pm my husband was already called to pick my up, I was discharged with no after care instructions nor followed up by their office to make sure I was fine after the procedure.
