I've been to numerous dentists here in Las Vegas and other parts of the country and Dr. Paez and his staff are the best I've ever encountered. I have dentist anxiety due to some bad experiences with previous dentists and Dr. Paez and his hygienist, Vanessa are super patient and kind and always take the time to explain things no matter how busy they are. They also don't make you feel ridiculous for being nervous at the dentist. Dr. Paez catches problems early but does not over treat things that don't need treatment. I've also had times I've needed to change appointment time or get in on an emergency basis and the front office staff has always been very courteous and helpful. On top of all that, their office is spotless and they take sanitation and patient safety very seriously. I continually send all my family, friends, and coworkers here.

I called to ask for pricing for teeth cleaning and the front desk lady was giving me and rude attitude, I only ask what is the difference between the cleanings services and she just don't want to explained or help me. If she don't want to explain just tell me I need to goes in for consultation, then I would be happy too but no!! She sound so rude to me and mean. I don't really get it?!! Is this how you talk to new patients? And treats them that way!!??

Dr.Paez is so nice and incredibly helpful when it comes to any concerns and needs I have. They also always squeeze us in whenever there is an emergency or even for a routine visit. I highly recommend Dr. Paez for any spanish speaking patients as well because he is bilingual and it helps to know that any questions or concerns can be addressed. Everyone is so nice over there and we couldn't be happier.
