Dr. Mike and the hygienists are fantastic. The office manager is rude and condescending and the billing practices are shady. They call it a "misunderstanding". It is most definitely not. Also they do not do pre authorization with your insurance, so be aware of that. When I called to set up a payment plan I never got a call back so I sent the whole payment ($600) so I would not get turned into collections. I let Dr. Mike know about this who seemed surprised and apologetic. His office manager came in and was defensive, condescending and accusatory. As if it is my fault they have bad business practices. When I told her I sent the whole payment in to avoid collections SHE LAUGHED and said "oh we don't do that here". I hope Dr. Mike finds a new office manager or gains more control because he is fantastic. However, I will not be returning because of this incident and lack of respect and customer service shown by Jenni.

Loved it. My last dentist spent the whole time telling me about all the work I needed and never answered my questions... came here for a second opinion. Everyone was friendly and the doc listed to me complain then explained everything in detail, for free. Walked out feeling good and with a new dentist :)
