Shadow Mountain Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

My children and myself have been coming here for a couple years. After an experience I just had with the other Shadow Mountain by chili's, I'm extremely GRATEFUL for the team and the reception here. The front office staff are Very family friendly and I leave feeling taken care of. Miss Ilene and the dental hygienist Jackie are amazing!

I do not recommend. This office changes providers way too often. (Feels like a small absolute dental office) I had a filling done in November. Now today Im flossing my tooth and the filling came out. *4 months is how long that filling lasted. Very disappointing especially since I called the office today and spoke with Ilene. She told me that they could get me in to the office on Tuesday possibly. She didnt ask me if I was in pain, bleeding or anything! Thats why I canceled all upcoming appointments and I explained to her I didnt feel like a priority this is a dental emergency. They have multiple locations and they couldve got me in if they actually cared. If any food gets into the area it might get infected then Ill have a bigger issue. Do yourself a favor if youre paying cash for dental services. Avoid this place, it hasnt been the same since the hygienist Catherine left. They are a joke. Amateurs

I get so much anxiety going to the dentist that Ive been putting it off. Today, I visited Shadow Mountain Smiles on Decatur for the first time and Im so glad I did. This practice is clean and the staff is amazing! I can honestly say that I will be keeping my dental visits regular from now on.
